are all ready to go. You will receive the list of ingredients and tools a week
ahead of the class

Lesson 1: the secrets of bread and brioche
Lesson 2: southern French food: panisse and ratatouille (naturally
vegan and gluten free)
Lesson 3: Simple but effective- Fish en papillotte (gluten
free), aioli and gressins
Lesson 4: sweet
treats: Profiteroles, mousse au chocolat, meringues
Lesson 5: picnic food: quiche, a savoury roll to slice
(vegetarian), a proper salad dressing (vegetarian or vegan), lemon fondant
biscuits
