• cities and people: before and after (Cairo in the past)

Grammar and structures:

• present tense
• negative statements
• comparative and superlative
• attached personal pronouns (nominative and accusative)
• auxiliary verb "kāna" with nominal phrases
• regular vs. weak (hollow) verbs: past and present tense

Language skills:

• talking about habits
• telling stories
• comparing things
